1979 Southside Chicago

Based in the fictional neighborhood of Garnettown in southside chicago, mainly made of up of immigrants from the carribean. The neighborhood was originally a mostly caucasian neighborhood but due to the influx of new residents most of the original residents moved away in the 40s-50s. The Chesterfield Housing Projects is a High-Rise Section 8 housing project, made up of 4 towers housing thousands of residents across all four buildings.
