Installation: VULCAN [Testing]

A new anomaly that has been discovered has caught the attention of several nearby sites. This anomaly is too far away for any sites that are available for duties. The council has made an agreement to build a new site. The site was named Site [REDACTED]. No one knows what they really call the site except for the council, but the personnel who work there give it a nickname such as; Site Vulcan. The sites primary goal is to contain anomalies that are not yet in containment and protect the unknown anomaly.
