Unscheduled stop part one of three. Where am I?

It's 2006 in New York you decide to check out a abandoned subway. They train was still working and you didn't know you started up the train. By accident it started speeding up and you couldn't shut it off you hit the emergency breakss. Now you crashed into a top secret govement facility and now you must make it back to the surface.
