SCP-087 is an unlit stairway of (descending) platforms. SCP-087's design is limited to the visual range of subjects which is approximately 1.5 spans. A light source is required for any subject exploring SCP-087, as there are no light fixtures or windows present, perhaps because the light from these is entirely consumed by the anomaly itself.
