Its been 2 years since the united states fell with the rest of those big nations during the great anarchy, your now with a group of survivors whom wish to rebuild America and you like the idea of that, thy fund a place, not like another scrapyard, or police station, a huge facility or lab hidden in a mountain, in there is enough food and supplies to last forever, the only thing is that the place is guarded, but thats not a problem, as i speak you are inside a train station filled with you trustworthy friends and comrades all armed and ready to fight.
