The final boss Sephiroth sometimes won't move until he respawns. So you might want some friends to help you to kill him, as he has 50000 health. You can use Clouds weapon, (Buster Sword) Barrets Weapon, (Machine Gun) or Tifas weapon (Boxing glove) There are also 3 hidden items behind the first 3 code doors in the Shinra headquarters.
