the universe does a mathematical dance with you

A mathematical dance that you can percieve as a bunch of moments and areas of pattern and areas of noise. the words "random" and "pattern" are usually used as if they were properties of things, but each word is a two part function relating information carriers. the implicit and often invisible part of the word is that a specific person's brain is usually one of the information carriers If I flip a coin and look at it, then it's not random for me (it's just heads or just tails) but it still is "random between heads and tails" for anyone who doesn't have that information. that is, a "fair coin" depends on a set of people not knowing what the result will be, and not having reason to think one side is more likely than the other. The coin depends on the physics of the toss, which is another way of saying "the way the universe continues to be what it is." This is a weird description because I want to focus your attention on your own pattern/noise recognition as part of the experience
