PT&W's Filmore Secondary, formerly GCRR, is a medium traffic, Southern Indiana rail line demoted from mainline status in the early 2000s in favor of a faster bypass that did not include competitor travel rights. Because of PT&W's unwillingness to give up several big customers, PT&W severed the already embargoed Mitchell Branch, and cut MOW work due to less trains under its "secondary" status.
