Now, a global event affecting billions, further placing Montillac into decline. The Harbour People Mover or HPM was built in 1987 to revitalize the Montillac Downtown District. The line weaves in and out of the Downtown core, connecting to Montillac-DOT bus routes, DASH Services, the A Line, and Amtrak Rail. Fares: All fares between transit systems are free.
