Vaktovian Arctic Outpost [50%]

This is a Vaktovian Outpost on the Arctic planet of Eular 9. Many valuable resources have been detected on this planet by the Vaktovian Empire and so it has set up hundreds of oil rigs, factories and other resource gathering facilities.------------------------------------------------- This base is only 50% complete. I haven't gotten time to build much of it at all in a long time so I am publishing it as it is, for now so that Vaktovians and other ROBLOXians can explore a new Vaktovian base.
