RAT Capital City *Official RAT Base*

The RAT Capital City is a classic RAT base made by Sirboss. It includes multiple buildings, including a Rec Center, armory, diplomacy, offices, meeting room and a security center. The Armory is restricted, and therefore locked away from the common visitor.
