City of Caser Creek

The City of Caser Creek contract recently went up from Waste Management and is now owned by Toronto Inc. As standard with WM, all green carts, gray carts, and all burgundy carts are garbage, and the yellow lid green carts and navy carts are recycling. The Toronto Inc carts are as usual, Blue is Recycle, Black is Garbage, and the City of Caser Creek did NOT supply Yard Waste and neither is Toronto Inc.
