All houses or other buildings not made by the [S.C.P.] Site/Foundation/Facility in the area was turned into camps for the [S.C.P.] Site/Foundation/Facility, all people in the houses/buildings were moved to a new house/building, some people didn't want to so they were [TERMINATED].
