Vesper Refinery

12 vs. 12 --- Floating above the northern hemisphere of Cypress, the Vesper Refinery is one of the first deployments of Sedra State Arms' Vertical Subatomic Particle Replicator (VSPR) system. VSPR utilizes chemical features of Cypress' atmosphere to accomplish its goals and must be elevated above the planet's surface, leaving it vulnerable to attack. The system greatly increases the efficiency of the Republic of Aerius' defense production pipeline by purifying raw materials for use in construction and weapons creation; it is a key point of defense for the Avian military.
