fireflies lullaby

listen to the story the fireflies tell of a deep dreamer who once had a "better life" dreaming awake, traveling through time, chasing the glow of a world left behind. no, it is not a myth, for that light was once ours. but we will never know which firefly we became. so sweet the story is, a cage for the miserable. maybe the fireflies took the story too far... or maybe, I shouldn't have listened at all.
