Flatlands is a neighborhood in the southeast part of the borough of Brooklyn in New York City. The current neighborhood borders are roughly defined by the Bay Ridge Branch to the north, Avenue U to the south, Ralph Avenue to the east, and Flatbush Avenue to the southwest. Game Year is 1987. This is a strict roleplay environment, any rule breaking will result in you being permanently suspended from being able to participate in any event or activity associated with Flatlands-NYC this includes the communications server and being able to join the game itself.
