CPSLTR + TRC Rover Test

Central Pivoting-Spring Lifted-Titan Rover + Titan Rover Companion This is a large robotic vehicle designed to explore Titan; Saturn's moon. It's main tool is a long and durable robotic arm wich bares a variety of essential tools. With it, rides a small companion vehicle which is seated within the front of the rover, it is carried everywhere by the rover and is deployed whenver an interesting rock/object comes into the rover's path.
