This game is meant to be used as a war map but is temporarily being used as a map for kentucky. October, 199X, 5 months after a global zombie virus outbreak the military has withdrawn to rural states that were hit lighter. Kentucky is one such state, the military holds an iron grip over the populace, the government and democracy has been replaced by Martial law and many factions have formed which now roam the wastelands fighting for control.
