(WINTER + UPDATE 9) create chaos simulator (blood)

Happy Winter, everybody! Enjoy this new update with a new look to the maps of Robloxian City, and Crossroads! Update logs: 2 New parts of Robloxian City: Bank and Library Spawns shifted around in Crossroads and Robloxian City A few weapons removed, and some nerfed/buffed. New snow effect + background noise Sewers shortened Fist counter and Katana counter can be used as non-counter moves, for example if you jump down and time a counter perfectly, and theres a person near you when you get damaged, you counter that person. Christmas decorations around the map, etc. just wanna thank you all for making this game blow up (sort of) but the likes really do help out with display.
