Handcuff test

just like my game mining sim test this is a test off of the hotels games witht the handcuffs. NOTE: this game was made in about 1-2 hours tops as a challenge for myself, bugs are very possible and i havent even tested the final final product yet so there will probably be bugs. if there are you can let me know i guess even though im not updating this game. #recreational_game_V2
