Vainity

In the year 2041, the United States Government collapsed as a result of a second Civil War. New factions have arisen, all fighting for independent and national control. Before the war, the Michigan Institute of Technology had developed a Killdroid assembly line for the former government, that could quickly mass produce androids that were effective in combat within in a short period of time. For 8 years the assembly line had slept peacefully under the deserted streets of Detroit. That was, until the year 2049. Nobody knows who connected power to Detroit, and nobody knows who had activated the assembly line, only that the following morning an army of robots were seen marching out of the city, waging a new war against mankind.
