[MASSIVE UPDATE] Prec's Admin House V2

UPDATE - 4/29/25 - NEW MAP - A new map has been added, fit with destructible buildings, and with it, come respawning NPCs! Feel free to abuse them, they always come back. - UI - The command bar, the command logs, and the command list have all been given a refresh! - The command list is now sorted by rank, so the highest ranking commands you can use are at the top, and are sorted alphabetically! - You can now search in the command list (Aliases work too!) - You can now move around every component of the UI (Buttons, Command Log, Command Bar, etc) - Commands - One of the most crucial commands in an admin game has been added: Fly! After you use fly <user>, you can toggle it on and off by pressing "E"! - Respawn Map command - Reloads the current map and respawns all players. - Music command - Plays a sound globally (with optional volume) or stops the current music - Tools - Some new tools have been added, albiet for higher ranks only! AND MUCH MORE!
