This project uses a custom compression algorithm and local scripts to display the full video at a smooth framerate, with every pixel represented by a UI element. To achieve this, the original video was first processed externally using a Python script. Each frame was downscaled and converted to a 1-bit black and white image. This data was then heavily compressed - using Run-Length Encoding for the initial frame and delta compression (storing only pixel changes) for the rest. This binary data was encoded as a Base64 string, split into manageable chunks, and imported into Roblox. A client-side script then reads this data, decodes it in real-time, and orchestrates the color changes across thousands of UI Frames to flawlessly recreate the animation.
