When changing the Flag IDs you MUST use a Mesh Texture ID. To get the ID, simple put your decal ID into a mesh under the "TextureID" property. Then copy the numbers that come out of the TextureID property after you pasted in your Decal ID. Only copy the numbers, not the entire link.
