BS!

BS, or bull #### is a game about lying strategically in order to get rid of all your cards to win the game. If someone accuses you of lying and you lied, you will have to pick up all the cards in the middle. The player who gets the Ace of Spades starts the game by placing it, then playing 2s. The sequence is Aces, numbers 2-10, Jacks, Queens, Kings, then it loops back to Aces. If you have to play a 4, for example, but don't have any, come up with your best lies and hope you don't get accused! If you have 1 or more 4s, play them to avoid lying and avoid risk of having to draw cards. Jokers can save you from lying, as they can substitute any card. It's easy to get the hang of when you start playing.
