No, the spawn area is not Hell itself. It is just the spawn/hangout area and is far smaller than hell. Don't worry, it'll be raidable. I'll be placing the raid portion far away from the entrance so the entrance unloads during battle. I've tested how well toasters do when the entrance unloads, it's as if the entrance never existed.
