🇵🇾 Ñangapiri Porã is a model city and the capital of the department of the same name in Paraguay. It was once the scene of minor skirmishes during the War of the Triple Alliance, but the region was abandoned after the war. The city itself was founded in 1970 by the Paraguayan government to attract interest in the development of Paraguay's interior and has since become a city with a high standard of living.
