KoSS - Stratus Hall of Training

Located in the sky to the east of Locindor, a newly constructed all - purpose training facility can be found floating in the sky on a smaller island. The Stratus Training Facility can be found with: - Obstacle Courses - Flight Training - PvP and PvE Arenas - CTC and CTF - Hall of Weapons (Used to practice with various weapons and learn how they work.)
