Thirteen years have passed since Site-19's nuclear annihilation, many say time is good for healing, but the reputation of the Foundation has not recovered, with many global powers losing faith in their ability to protect. Recently, word within the Foundation began to spread like wildfire of a new site being under construction, and shortly after, Site-71 was unveiled. No time nor effort has been spared in relocating assets to the new site despite the ongoing construction. Though, time constraints forced the site to be put into operation. Site-71 is a unique case amongst all sites, located in the remote wilderness of Wyoming, the site's original purpose was to replace the destroyed Site-19. But, as morale declines and the Foundation at its lowest, every day within Site-71 is a struggle for survival.
