"Deathrunner" [V.29]

Somebody is wanted by many people all over the world. The only problem is, they don't know who he is. They call him the Deathrunner, because nobody can catch him. It's like he just teleports away. One day, a man found a letter signed by the Deathrunner, saying that there were more like him. Suddenly, the next day, the sightings stopped...and things started to go crazy.
