In the year 2054, Lahore was no longer the bustling metropolis known for its vibrant culture and rich history. Instead, it was a city mired in conflict and devastation. The United States military had invaded Pakistan, and the war was in its 5th year. The city streets were filled with the sound of gunfire and explosions as soldiers from both sides exchanged shots. People were struggling to survive, with many forced to take shelter in makeshift bunkers or abandoned buildings. Food and medicine were in short supply, and many people had fallen ill or died from preventable diseases. The few healthcare facilities that remained operational were constantly overwhelmed with patients, and the number of casualties was rising each day.
