Scar's World War Universe | The Rhine

Our Genre is based off of the years around 1940-1950, Although we have our own lore. WW2 did NOT Happen, neither do the Allies nor the Axis exist. Each Country starts with neutral relations to other countries. You can not Make countries, although you can lead countries, by rising the ranks of your country all the way to Country Leader. The more important or the bigger the country, the harder it is to get Country Leader. Historical events such as D-Day and such did not happen either, as there was no World War 2. Once you join a country and wish to be a soldier, you will ALWAYS need to complete your RTP [Recruit Training Program], Unless you had a rank transfer. Do not ask for any mod+ ranks, even if you are a Country Leader, you will NOT recieve moderator. Human rights and Warcrimes also exist in this genre.
