Nested within the Whistling Cliffs lies an experimental munitions range owned by the Celestial Realms. Founded by Dragon Vanguard Caerulus Ostwind in 1543 IR, currently mortar-style weapons are being tested, using propellants comprised of volatile Harmonic Hydrus magic. Some munitions use forms of Asomus Hydrus magic, to channel the elements into forms of dangerous weaponry.
