long ago, after a recent war between the celestial knights and the arktoran empire this piece of land rose. this land was dedicated to be a sanctuary for the celestial realms to help members learn and grow stronger. many training outposts had been wiped out be the war, leading to this one being at the farthest reaches of the world ensuring saftey amongst those who reside here.
