[MGI] City Solarius

A city on a man-made island 200 Miles West of New Avalon across the ocean known as City Solarius. Military surveillance is somewhat low but active, and due to incoming enemy ships from the North, there has been havoc amongst the city. Police forces have been eliminated along with most of the civilian population.
