Blacktop District, Robloxia. Welcome to the Blacktop District, a rather impoverished area of Robloxia. Recently, the district council has been passing rather scandalous laws and giving big corporations huge tax breaks in return for their settlement and/or continued operation in the district. With this new influx of money towards the local government, combined with an increasing number of higher-income residents immigrating from the surrounding districts, native Blacktoppers are being forced to move into poorer areas of town or even resort to crime in order to stay where they've been living for generations, segregating the community. In such a torn town, can you rise to the top?
