Players must navigate the haunted hallways while avoiding or appeasing these spectral entities, some of which may offer guidance or assistance, while others pose a direct threat. Medical Mysteries: Throughout the hospital, players encounter remnants of the medical experiments and treatments that once took place there. They must piece together fragmented medical records, decipher cryptic notes, and solve puzzles related to the hospital's sinister past to uncover the truth behind its downfall.
