[UIU] Installation: Charlie-15

UIU | Installation: "Charlie-15" Following the downfall of most major SCP Foundation sites, the Unusual Incidents Unit has received a huge funding increase from the United Nations and the Department of Defense. This has allowed the making of their first facility, nicknamed "Charlie-15." Cause havoc, patrol the vast terrain, or participate in testing. The choice is yours!
