Sonic Sound Engine PLUS

Hey everyone, you've probably noticed I started updating this game again, that is because I plan to have other work on levels for this, but I wanted to polish up and clean this engine. I'm hoping once I get the engine finished I can start getting others to help on levels and hopefully I'll have 3 - 6 somewhat big open linear designed levels for you to play for the first content update, for now all that's being updated is the engine. A WIP Modified Version of the Sonic Sound engine that improves, changes, and adds stuff to the Sound Engine. The original Sonic Sound Engine was made by sonicstar56, not claiming this is mine. Main scripting done by me, other scripting help not done by me is credited in game. Levels are still a WIP..
