It lays claim as one of the most remote facilities the Foundation has to offer. The foundation had one goal in mind going into the project: to build a facility unlike any seen before, capable of holding nightmares that most of mankind will never hear of. Disposable prisoners, itching for a chance to escape & to get revenge on their captors at one end, and sentient creatures, some with only the desire to destroy human life at the other.
