Highlands

Wrought from erosion and the melting of ice high on the mountainside, the Highlands was carved out from solid stone and refurbished by soil succession. House Fiskur, seeing the defensive and economic potential in the valley, deftly built a high standing castle which overlooks the valley. As the summer draws near, the ice from deep within the mountains soaring above melts and trickles down the waterfall. In turn, the valley fills with water for the months of summer. Boats freely glide through the once rooted valley, as the fisheries of Fiskur find easy access to trade routes. As the summer ends and autumn briskly approaches in its milder tones, the valley slowly evens out. And thus, the castle of Lord Fiskur remains; a relic of old.
