Shootout CTF Updated: 1/10/12 (PM Problems/Ideas!)

Shooutout CTF is a war game using simple tools to overthrow the other teams army, and capture thier flag. (In this case, backpack) Team with the most points wins, the player with the highest score of the round gets privilage to try out a random beta weapon. If the beta weapon gets no complaints, it will be added to the default weapons. Killing a player will not only earn you points, but upgrades too, such as more health, speed, jumping abbilities, and even earn you 15 second shields! Use Healthorbs to restore your health and ammo, and the Base's portals to teleport to 1-7 random locations just outside your base. Have fun!
