About & history
Citadel Station is a standard military tether station situated in orbit of the revered homeworld of the Vaktovian Empire, Vaktovia. As one of many tether stations in orbit of Vaktovia, it is considered a high honor for any Vaktovian to be stationed in such close proximity to Vaktovia. Citadel Station itself operates as a top-secret Imperial "black site" that is tethered in extremely close proximity to the Imperial Capital of Vyyrahk. As such, everything except its very existence is classified to all but the highest echelons of the Vaktovian Empire. According to Imperial Archives, this facility holds particular importance to the Emperor as it was one of the first large-scale deployments of the military tether stations required to sustain long-term conquests in the early days of the Empire.
