■▬▬▬▬【-Camp Traveler-】▬▬▬▬■ [Historical Background] The Traveler was commissioned by the University of Texas at Arlington Band Alumni Association. The composer, David Maslanka, stated that the idea for Traveler came from a "big life movement" as he contemplated for much time while arranging it. Traveler begins with an assertive statement signifying how life took it's course in the beginning big and bold, but then At the halfway point, a meditative quiet settles in. Life’s battles are largely done; the soul is preparing for its next big step. " In our hearts, our minds, our souls we travel from life to life to life in time and eternity.” [Disclaimer] We hold the rights to kick, ban, kill, humiliate, etc. Do not try to order us around.
