Welcome to Roanoke, the island of nightmares. Here, dreams are a deception of one's perception of Reality. You may make it out of this dreadful place, but you won't be alive. Because once you enter, Deception's cloak covers you, leading you into believing there's nothing inside of yourself, except absolute darkness. My name is ##### #### Croa, and this is the story of my family. My grandfather used to tell me stories of a creature, a creature so wicked it's known as fear itself. This creature was thought to be nothing more than a myth but it became more than that, reality. This abomination manipulates its victims making them believe that they're seeing things that aren't real. Victims also report sleep paralysis, blackouts, possession, and migraines. I'm visiting my brother who lives on this very island, it's where my grandfather and grandmother escaped to during the Salem witch trials, if I'm not back by morning, find me.
