Site-55: The Forgotten Bastion Nestled in a remote, fog-shrouded valley with no clearly documented coordinates, Site-55 is perhaps the most mysterious installation in the entire SCP Foundation network. Despite its apparent size and significance, almost nothing is known about its layout, personnel, or even the anomalies it contains. Any attempt to document or discuss Site-55 is inexplicably deflected or forgotten moments later. Rumors among Foundation staff speak of a “core containment” buried deep beneath the site—an entity or phenomenon so cognitohazardous that not only can it not be harmed it also can't be re contained. Some theorize that Site-55 itself is the anomaly, an architectural anomaly that reshapes memory and logic around it. The only standing order regarding Site-55 is simple: “Do not investigate Site-55. Do not speak of Site-55. If you are stationed there, you already know why”. Whatever truth lies beneath its walls is locked.
