Oklahoma City National Memorial (WIP)

In honor and remembrance of the victims, survivors, rescuers, and all who were affected by the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, I re-created the grounds of the Oklahoma City National Memorial. I have included the Reflecting Pool, Survivor’s Tree, the upper grounds of the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza and the Field of 168 Empty Chairs which represents each life lost, including 19 children who also perished inside of the Federal building that day. My hope is for everyone who walk through this visual showcase, remember the impact of hate and violence. Regardless of the type, rather it’s through bullying, cyber-bullying, racism, prejudice, judgement or power. The after effect always last longer than the action.
