hey! so basically this is a REALLY TALL mini tower (as the name states) anyone can collab on this! all you have to do is join the blue app server and submit your floor(s) through the indicated channels please take into consideration that this is not a GAT tower, thus joke submissions will not be accepted thanks to Ninja and Ocean's "The Great Obelisk" for the main idea!
