Windsong's Crest

Windsong's Crest is a large village (or small city) located in Northern Scaria. It's home to the democratic leaders of the Kozai Union and upper-class people live here. This place has existed for abour 40 years, and nothing really special here happens, ever. New leaders get into the palace when they're voted but that's about all, this city simply just lies dormant ontop of a windy crest. It is important for trading routes, but not that significant.
