Dakota Dunes (UPDATE)

drive trophy trucks around a mid-sized dunes map (more maps to come soon---focusing more on truck suspension updates for now) UPDATE - retuned the bully dog racing tt, chet huffman tt, and wilson motorsport buggies to lessen the chance of a rollover + adjusted the values to be similar to real-life trucks/buggies (updated vehicles marked with a * in spawner). this also made a bigger difference in how the two different vehicle types drive, instead of having them handle the exact same also added proper moving suspension for the chet huffman tt bully dog racing tt and the new gha race buggy. will be added to more vehicles later, but will take a while as it is a pretty tedious process.
